People treated as resources instead of professionals

Pros

None, Pay is poor, benefits are weak, and there is barely any opportunity for growth. Avoid at all costs.

Cons

Kizen is not a company I would recommend to anyone. Employees are treated as nothing more than disposable tools, constantly overworked, underpaid, and disrespected by management. Work life balance is extremely poor and has only gotten worse since starting. The salary does not come close to matching the workload, leaving employees drained and undervalued every day.

Pros

Whatever pros there are aren't enough to make up for the horrible experience I had working here.

Cons

Employees are overworked, disrespected, and exploited. My work-life balance was awful, not only because of the brutal workloads and long hours, but also because I was expected to answer calls and emails at any time, even if I'm on leave and it's the dead of night. Save yourself the stress and stay away!
