Pros

Management cares for growth plans. Training on data analytics is comprehensive. Consulted on traditional roles in system integration. Feels better to work for a company that served 450 clients in 55 countries and received CMMI Level 5 certification for best practices.

Using Java in AI backend work. It's a challenging combination, but quite a learning game. Team celebrates every small wins. Management gives clear goals. With time, have contributed and worked on core banking solutions for products.

Pros

There is nothing good with this company

Cons

A highly toxic workplace with poor management and zero respect for work-life balance. Employees are expected to work excessively long hours and remain available around the clock. Unrealistic expectations, constant pressure, and the threat of PIP create a stressful environment. Salary growth is disappointing, with minimal increments and unreliable variable pay. Despite claiming a five-day workweek, the culture often feels like a 24/7 commitment. If you value your personal life, professional growth, and mental well-being, this is not the right place to work

Pros

1. Manager vs Company If a manager is a good human being, the company matters less. But here, both matter — the manager is poor, and management relies heavily on the manager’s input. 2. Technology Focus No major projects are based on .NET — only one or two. The majority of work is centered on Java. 3. Pros and Cons The only real advantage is money. Beyond that, there is little value. 4. Career Fit This company is a better option for Java developers than for .NET professionals.

Cons

1. Think twice before joining If you have other options, consider them carefully before choosing KIYA.AI. 2. Limited .NET projects There are no major .NET-based projects except FATCA. The manager of this project is extremely poor in leadership. 3. Toxic culture The environment is ego-driven. If you challenge someone, expect backlash. 4. FATCA caution Think twice before joining FATCA. Reach out to ex-employees on LinkedIn for firsthand insights. 5. Compensation issues No hikes, delayed salaries, and variable pay is reduced significantly. 6. No flexibility No work-from-home or hybrid options, as the project manager doesn’t trust the team. 7. Toxic environment The FATCA project is marked by a bad and toxic atmosphere. 8. Management dependency Management decisions depend entirely on the project manager, with no HR involvement.
