      - flexible work schedule - lots of opportunity for growth within the company - approachable and friendly senior management -fun company culture - amazing travel benefits - beautiful office space in Gastown, Vancouver - really understanding when it comes to work/life balance

      Pros

      The president and management set a great example of how to treat others and it shows. Everyone is very professional but also very fiendly. They hire for fit more than being a Rockstar. You can learn a lot here.

      Cons

      Some legacy code, but every company has it.
