      Pros

      Some great team members, some interesting technology. Interesting being part of the 43North Cohort, they coordinate a lot of good team activities.

      Cons

      New leadership seems generally disengaged from the business. They don't attend or participate in many meetings with employees or customers. As a result they don't have a very strong grasp on the business or industry.

      Pros

      It can be autonomous at times. If you find a few friends it can be fun. but it's micromanaged now, there's no vision for what's next, just new problems you have to immediately fix without any game plan behind it.

      Cons

      lack of guidance, leadership takes credit for everything the smaller people are doing, theyre hiring people that are awful at their jobs because theyre friends with the execs
