Khoros is super leaned into the remote culture and ensuring their sellers are set up for success. Many sellers are going to President's club and there is good teamwork and sharing of information across the teams. They operate with a start up mentality and are leaned into feedback and utilizing AI to enhance processes. Very transparent in process and changes at the top which helps everyone feel included and "in the know" of priorities, goals and challenges. Encouragement for everyone to do their best work and help others.
Cons
Changing priorities across the past years and RIFs in past years is still hard on this organization because they care so much about their employees.
