      Pros

      Great work environment, excellent work-life balance. Full of smart people, with lots of experience. Everyone is always willing to help, even when overloaded with work. Excellent opportunities to learn and develop strong professional skills. Open minded people, always willing to listen, which enables you to make a significant impact, even in the strategic decisions.

      Cons

      Remuneration packages are not currently up to par. Salary is below industry standards, but the benefits in kind are excellent.

      Pros

      A really friendly, fun atmosphere at work, full of really smart people who all get on and help each other out. Feel accomplished at the end of each day, constantly learning. I read the comments on here before accepting a job with Keyedin and I chose to take a chance and ignore them. Glad I did, would recommend to anyone.

      Cons

      The work can be complex, but there's never a lack of help for any issue encountered. I personally enjoy the complexity so it's not really a con, but couldn't think of anything else!

      Some great team members and a casual office environment

      Cons

      After working for several years to get an important release to market they made a load of staff redundant. Basically hired to get that software release completed asap and then dumped. Rotten treatment of hard working staff. Don't believe the hype regarding the share options, it's absolute nonsense to lure staff. DO NOT leave a reliable job/company to join these chancers!
