Pros
The company has great leadership and gives a lot of opportunity for advancement. Pay is on the higher end for renewable energy companies. While it is often stressful and fast-paced, the leadership puts in effort to make sure that those who have been overworked get a chance to breathe after their sprints.
Cons
Like most other young companies attempting to punch above their weight, the pace of work is fast, and you will often find yourself treading water without an end in sight. Management does their best to ensure work-life flexibility by allowing WFH and PTO, but often there is simply too much work for a chair to accomplish without overextending.
