Everyone is very friendly and approachable Secretarial coordinator/manager very supportive Flexible working Nice canteen serving food from morning until late afternoon Looked after well during the pandemic

Cons

No career development/lack of progression Salary very poor Certain managers/partners are very out of touch and have no idea what the people in their teams do leaving you feeling under appreciated Team felt very disconnected since return to office after covid Firm thinks that DPAs are replacement for secretaries when secretaries leave
