      Good company culture, but expensive family insurance

      Pros

      A good place to work. They look after their employees and everyone seems to be happy with their positions.

      Cons

      Very pricey to pull your family into the insurance policy, but that's only because they have a very good policy for their employees. Currently under a change in management so we'll see what happens next.

      Pros

      Great company with great benefits. They take good care of the team. No one got laid off during COVID, and even though business wasn't good during this time, everyone still got a raise and bonus.

      It's a great company, so there are no cons.

      decent pay and benefits for the level of position

      Cons

      Although mostly subtle there is a hostile work environment within the security department with considerable backstabbing. Expected to do a job without direction but if you do it wrong, per their unknown expectations you will be written up
