      Some great team members who work hard to deliver, no finger pointing, solving tough problems quickly

      Inappropriate emotional outbursts in the office by management, management lacking vision and instead caters to individual customer needs, low pay in comparison to other startups at same financial level

      Two members of the senior staff have serious mental health issues including violent temper that create a hostile work environment The product and platform are oversold to oil majors and not in a state ready for robust and scalable customer deployment Divisive work politics with old guard from five years ago in a different category compared to more recent employees Team is not motivated to work in the shale oil business Lacking cohesive team spirit or company loyalty with people joining and leaving every few months
