      Flexible as far as time off, laid back office atmosphere, free soda/energy drinks/candy, monthly catered lunch

      Cons

      Pay is decent, but nowhere near what it should be for the industry, EXTREME nepotism, ethical issues with management's decisions, does not invest in the future
