Pros
- When I tell folks I worked for Kellogg's , they always light up and say "Oh, I love Pop Tarts" (or whatever product they buy)." - Good benefits
Cons
- Lots of long (and sometimes duplicative) meetings/conference calls - Battle Creek MI HQ - The pay structure is based on national benchmarks that does not account for how expensive it is to live in some markets (like Los Angeles)
