No pro at all. Its a worst company. You will see fake rating here. Please do not join this organization even if you have offer. Once you join they will fire you in 1 or 2 months and you will miss opportunities of other companies. They do not have projects also.

Cons

Hire and fire policy. They will hire you and fire you and ask you to submit resignation. Bond period is 2 years.
