Disgusting leadership with a lack of accountability in all areas. Spend so much time focusing on how to improve the image of the business “e and d hires / focus on mental health” whilst doing nothing about the here and now. Cult like environment. Nepotism rife across the business. Incompetent leadership hire after incompetent leadership hire. Avoid this place like the plague.

I worked at Kaplan for over a year, and the culture within the team became increasingly difficult. Management often ignored issues raised by staff, and there was a clear lack of support when dealing with stressful situations or sudden operational problems. The environment felt dismissive and at times hostile, with certain managers using pressure and intimidation rather than genuine leadership. Staff morale was consistently low, turnover was high, and concerns were rarely taken seriously. Students deserved better and so did the team. I learned a lot from the role, but the management culture made it an unsustainable and unhealthy place to work.
