very international atmosphere, kind and professional colleagues, great location, flat hierarcy
Cons
no internal organization (HR is remote and takes care only of recruitment), no evaluation processes: some people are not sure who their boss is and there are no yearly appraisals so one gets his salary raised only by chasing his boss. The feeling is that more people are leaving than new people coming so knowledge leaks out and sometimes no one in the team knows anything that happened on the account some years ago. Creatives and SCM are expected to be always available: weekends and late nights are a standard here. Since Wunderman bought KKLD there are some attempts to bring more structure and 'team spirit' but these are baby steps and it will take very long to really get a change going on. Eventually, people are leaving because there is no real gratitude from the management. Everyone would love to hear a good word now and then but here, there's only go go go! let’s get the next pitch' spirit and after one worked weeks through you just move to the next one and the boss doesn't even takes the time to thank you. People come here to gain experience but eventually move forward to a place with better conditions and more space for one privates life.

its impossible to get fired. but really.
Cons
management does not care about you. no change will ever happen here. most of the agency is trying to leave or already has. save yourself and dont make the same mistakes i have.

Pros
- international team, (english is the main language -> ideal for expats) - international high profile clients - part of WPP/Wunderman, international agency network with offices all around the world - nice office in the center of the city, roof top terrace with a 360 over Berlin - free breakfast every morning - team events - you will learn a lot! - often challenging tasks This is definitely not a workplace for people who are just looking for a 9-to-5 gig. As in all agencies and creative industry in general, the work hours can be challenging, pressure will be high and it can be very "rock´n roll" at times - but it is absolutely worth it. If you want to break in to the creative industry or accelarare your career - this is the place for you.
Cons
- currently no in-house HR - challenging work hours (at times)

Pros
- People are lovely & extremely smart - Large / international clients & awesome projects - Free breakfast & an amazing office space - Good work / life balance - International workforce, meet interesting people - Colleagues are very welcoming when you join - A lot of responsibility early on, helps with development - They pay well (especially junior / mid level positions!)
Cons
- Not enough opportunities to get to know co-workers - Occasional weekend work (to be expected though I guess..)

Pros
Talented team Friendly, international team (especially the creative team) Interns do get promoted to full time positions Opportunity to be creative on pitches They are willing to hire internationals and sponsor their visas
Cons
No training or mentoring No appreciation for ideas, innovation or work Heavy workload, intense deadlines and no downtime to recover Bad office atmosphere Long hours, pay isnt great (unless you are freelancer or experienced account manager) No appraisal or employment structure Strict hierarchies with bad communication - people were scared to request holidays, meetings or feedback Will make you bend over so far backwards for clients that you will hit your head on the floor
