      Pros

      This is sales specific- I really can’t say many pros other than decent benefits

      Cons

      -unfair treatment -favoritism -unprofessional -shady -managers are not always very nice, managers are unprofessional and do not train well at all, even when employees ask for more help or guidance - pay is not great for coordinators and assistants, sales reps are 100% commission based - back lack of diversity

      Most employees are welcoming and kind. Good on job training. Use of company car. Donuts on pay day.

      Cons

      Terrible hours. Management often doesn't understand the needs of their employees. Some toxic employees in various departments.

      decent environment boss is awesome really good start for those getting into tv and video production

      Cons

      pay is too low for what you work extremely fast paced and stressful culture can be passive aggressive and toxic. people will talk behind your back if you make any mess ups communication can be poorly delivered from producers sometimes
