decent vacation and good insurance

Cons

- Upper management leaders are not fluent in English - ad hoc projects are okay, but there is no clear communication on what the duties are and no leadership from anyone above to help educate the new hires to learn the job. - The main point: no leadership, no guidance - Too many personal sacrifices to work on weekends

great exposure will get to learn a lot, too much responsibility, you have to handle your p&l, handle staff as well

Cons

mgmt not at all supportive, they give unrealistic target, sat is also working, 14hrs of work everyday, cold calling tagets & conversion
