- Genuinely positive and collaborative working environment - Diverse workforce from lots of different nationalities and interesting backgrounds - Interesting and stimulating work environment - lots of opportunities for learning and growth through internal initiatives - Good work life balance (decent working hours, very rarely do analysts need to stay late or work overtime)

Cons

- There could be a bit more opportunities to meet colleagues from other offices (although there's always lots of events going on)
