      Juniper has a really positive culture. People are caring, supportive, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. It feels like a team where people are approachable and willing to collaborate.

      Cons

      The environment requires a lot of initiative and ownership. It may not be the best fit for someone who needs very clear structure, detailed direction, or a more established process to follow.
