Their COO is a dinosaur - he has a bean counter mentality and is lacking in interpersonal skills. His management staff walks on egg-shells around him, even creating different tactics to distract him. He doesn't ask questions, he interrogates. He brings in amazing companies to work with management but is oblivious to those skills himself. He lets the company lose significantly in their refuel side and does foolish capital expenditures (with no feasible rate of return). Their people services continues to be a hindrance to the operation causing long delays to offering employment to candidates - by the time you could offer employment most candidates found employment elsewhere.
