Pros

1. Frequent outings. 2. Tech stack is good in all teams. 3. People are supportive in most of the teams. 4. Hr team is good, they take good care of their employees. 5. Good Hikes , around 25-30% every year.

Cons

1. Infrastructure is really poor . It looks like a house . Almost all the chairs and tables are broken. People literally fight for chairs and bean bags. 2. I have seen many reviews that josh is good for freshers but it's totally opposite . All the projects in the company have monolithic structure, which can't even handle 100k users. No one talks about product scalability at first place. 3. Every developer thinks about doing Hacks instead of thinking innovate .I don't even blame them for that, the pressure to deliver the story point is so high that no one really cares if they can make code better. 4.Development is never futuristic and no one thinks about code extensibility, people just code to somehow run the use case given to them. 5. Your work life balance goes on a toss . People work on weekends without being paid extra. 6. Unnecessary bond period, you have to pay 1L if you leave the company before 1 year. 7. Inters are the source of cheap labour for them, Interns are expected to work 12-14 hours a day, Saturday is officially working for interns. Every year they fire few interns to create fear among other interns. Mentors are told to be extra strict on the interns. Interns are literally exploited in the name of training, no appreciation is shown towards their work. 8. There is no option to change the team internally. If you're stuck in a bad team , even god can't help you. Also, there's no way to complain about your manger, if you're not comfortable working under your manager, guess what, you don't have a choice. (PS - I faced a similar situation under one of my manger , he literally use to rant on me in front of the team ,even in case of a very small mistake. ) 9. The hikes are good but the problem is their starting salary , which is around 7L base. It will take you 3.5-4 years to reach 18L.Also the internship salary is very low(17.5k per month). 10. Employee retention rate is low , most of the good folks leaves the company in 1-2 year.

Pros

Worked on multiple project in this company. It totally depends upon leads managing the team. 1. Great place to headstart you career. 2. Best Innovative process are involved to have higher efficiency of any individual. 3. You can walk upto any individual, they will help you (recently, cases where someone ignored me). 4 No politics present, you will get involved with the culture and they encourage bond between individuals. 5. They train you that well, you will feel little easy when you move to work. (At start)

Cons

1. Bare minimum support between peers, all are busy in performing in sprints for that 2 digit story points. 2. No appreciation for well performing or if you over work from your side. 3. Me, my mentor and my mentors lead have same salary, so appraisal is something i think this company seriously lack behind. Only your starting salary is decent enough. 4. Esops included in ctc and seems like company has no plans for getting public this decade. Moreover ctc structure is very bad. If you see bonus structure, you will feel that it prevent employee to leave the company because it might lead you to pay all the bonus amount back to company. And that huge amount. 5. Their Expectation changes based on their mood, sometime they want 18~20 points, sometimes they are happy with 10 or below that. 6. They want you to work on weekend, sometimes in holiday, no matter how complex it is. If it is planned on that release, it needed to be done. 7. They fire employee who are having bad performance, 1 year ago immediately without much warning and that very much inappropriate and disheartening for employees. Simply if i define what this company wants: You shouldn’t have any life outside this company, thats it.
