Pros

The only possible pro i can think of during the last couple of years as an employee here is the flexible timing(at least for me), but it had probably more to do with how i handled my client and deliverables, not everyone is that lucky

Cons

i wouldn't know where to start but for the sake of this review, Let's start with the CEO, This guy just can't handle it when someone tells him that he wants to quit, reasons don't matter to him, he will try to manipulate you, berate your decision, if those don't work he will launch a personal attack at you, which has no bounds whatsoever(with foul language as a bonus). I have spoken to almost everyone who ever worked there, it's the same for almost all of them, from junior level(<1 years) to senior level(with 8+ years of experience). If someone ask him later why you left, he'll simply say that he fired you, which is far from the case. He won't hire any senior level developer, why? well if he can get the same work done from a fresher and has to pay him far less than a senior dev, why not? I know what you are thinking, "same work"? well let's take out the ingredient called "quality" shall we? Poor freshers selling their passion for this guy is just "sad". (P.S. if you are a fresher please look elsewhere, at least work for someone who "respects" you and your work, invest your golden years making a difference not filling petty people's pockets) Work Environment: You'd find more silence in a crowded cafeteria than inside this office, i don't think i need to say more Work Culture: If you can't handle at least 3-4 projects(full time) and can't work weekends, don't call yourself a developer, because them "developers" don't sleep, eat or have a life Meals: Yes the amount will be deducted from your CTC but forget the lunch because starvation makes you more focussed, if you can't bear it help yourself with some top of the line home made "chips" or go out in the sun and find some food to eat(for which you pay of course)

Pros

You are given responsibilities very early on. Some managers are good otherwise if it is for the bosses they would spoil the whole damn thing.

Cons

Not at all professional; Bosses are very immature. Especially the CEO, just tell him that you want to make a switch to another company or you are thinking of leaving Josh and then you'll know what is the real nature of this man. I almost lost all the respect for this person.

Pros

1. Cannot think of much pros.

Cons

1. HR is adding false reviews to fool people. 2. Company does not pay as per the market rate. Everyone is leaving. 3. No work life balance. 4. Politics and no appreciation to employees. Only the ones who are clever enough to ask for their rights can survive. 5. It feels like their moto is to get as much work as they can from the employees and do not give any rewards in return. They talk a lot and not give anything. 6. They deduct money from CTC for so many facilities which they do not provide and give you unhealthy snacks and discounted lunch. At the end the in hand salary is very less. 7. Made it compulsory to come to office just after Covid putting life of employees at risk and then left employees helpless during the second wave. 8. Employees are forced to take up training sessions of freshers and interviews almost 4-5 times a month along with completing their client commitments as clients are not informed about this.
