      If I could score -1 I would, Awful Employers!

      The office location is nice & different. Some nice staff (a few)

      Cons

      Directors and their cliques (all female) are atrocious to be around. If you're not in their little gang you are simply ignored. Directors seem to favour certain staff members (female) Directors have no leadership skills No communication No development or progression Bad payers (you will be better paid , in the same role, elsewhere in the city) Directors spend all their time with certain staff members they favour. 6 people have left in as many months, all for the same reasons (see above)

      NO pros just pizza every Friday, but little remains.

      Cons

      Worst company to ever work for highly don't recommend if you're a graduate developer look elsewhere. Poor mentorship and direction will except you to know everything and with new recruits telling them you get one month trial.
