Humiliation and deception

Pros

The CEO is the one who summarizes the placement conditions and always convinces the new employee, before starting work, to begin with, a low monthly salary and that after the first three months, he will raise the pay. The new employee does not know personally and agrees. And finally, the CEO never agrees to submit as promised, even when satisfied with the employee. This is a method that repeats itself with dozens of employees.

Cons

As soon as the employee asks the CEO for the raise he was promised before starting work, the CEO threatens him that if he doesn't stop asking for it, he will be fired. Indeed, those who control and settle for the low salary stay. Anyone who insists on the promised raise is fired within a week on some pretext invented by the CEO. This is the reason why the turnover of employees in the place is alarmingly high. Save your soul. Don't go near there.

Pros

Nice co-workers, relaxed working environment, options to work from home. Really the colleagues are the only positive part of this company

Cons

Awful management from the top, a very clear feeling of lack of care about employees. Every month there are salary mistakes. Extremely low morale, regular firings of excellent staff and very often people quit. No perks or benefits given to staff. My advice is to work somewhere else.

Don't work here under any circumstances

Pros

Hours are somewhat flexible. Friendly enough co-workers.

Cons

The company is completely unprofessional and dysfunctional. CEOs are discarded like a pair of socks, employees are treated like crap, and there is zero direction. The owner acts monstrously toward others. There are frequent "mishaps" with paychecks and compensation. A person accused by multiple women of sexual harassment is still working at the company, even months after he was supposedly fired. The owner has chomped his way through three CEOs in less than a year. Whatever the facts are, he won't believe them if they contrast with his skewed perceptions of his business or crony employees. Honestly zero reason to get anywhere near this company.
