Massive layoffs, no one really knows what they’re doing

Pros

Remote for the most part, but they’re trying to get certain teams to come in more often. Work life balance was nice. Everyone was mostly pleasant to work with.

Cons

Massive layoffs, kept people who were inept and incompetent. Product team doesn’t know what they’re doing. Issues with product and platform 24/7. Low pay. No real perks that I could think of.

Pros

Friendly & helpful colleagues. I was able to be autonomous in my work and was not micromanaged.

Cons

Laid off several people & outsourced work to another country. This completely changed the corporate culture and created many hiccups that impacted employee morale and customer experience. Ultimately, it was just no longer a good fit for me.
