Pros
One of the most inclusive and diverse companies in Ahmedabad with a family like culture. I have learnt so much from Sharva and Ishit, not only within the work perspectives but also as a person. Jetbro and my work at Jetbro has been the highlight of my career so far. A place that gives you the creative freedom and space to bring in new ideas and the platform to execute them, a flat hierarchy in the most literal sense and empathetic and encouraging team members to work with. A person who has the knack of entrepreneurial skills should definitely work in this company to get the learning for making a global clientele while operating from India.
Cons
I do not really have any cons to list. If I wanted to spend all my life in Ahmedabad, I would not have looked for another company. As I have grown with this company and I know I can rely back on the people and especially Sharva and Ishit as my managers/boss/directors of the company any time in life.
