      - Good working hours - Good peers

      Cons

      - Low pay, no increment - CFO Lucy Zhou does not know anything about engineering and accounting just ask time-wasting stupid questions in meetings. She lays off long serving employees to save her budget. She is also emotional, looking down on staff, didn’t look at ppl’s face when you said hi - no one is taking responsibility but offloading tasks downward

      - Good medical benefits; - 5-day work per week; - (Still) Good reputation in the industry

      Cons

      - Management contributed a bad organization structure. The O-charts for each sub-BU changes every year. - Disastrous e-procurement system (Ariba). Bad planning that a procurement team with 3 supporting staff. Spent over 10M HKD on this rubbish without benefits. - One of the oldest E&M companies in HK (Almost 100 years) but no inheritance of documents including drawings, test forms, and submissions from older generation. No common library for document sharing within JEC. Without template, colleagues have to spend a lot of time on every submissions. - Innovation is only a slogan. Not much investment or additional human resources into it.
