No pros only cons. Company needs a lot of improvement from management side. Projects will be continual because of its relation with Jassim Bin khalid in ministry of Qatar

No proper working hours and no proper shifts . Not healthy working environment . Engineer is supposed to work like a worker with no proper equipment . low salary and no over time for engineers but engineers are supposed to do overtime. No holiday even on friday in Qatar. No proper guidance by seniors and seniors are mostly diploma holders and even my manager is SSC holder. Regional feeling. Interview will be based on your previous experience and the work they will allot for you is different. No proper transportation from site to accomodation. Accomodation they provide is worst. Mainly they concentrate on poor people from india so that they can do anything with them almost like slavery.
