I want to be real here. There is nothing this company can offer you. The reviews here that are 4 stars are fake. There is a group of individuals here that run the company. This "company" is more like a sorority and fraternity. There are only a handful of people that grew this so called "company" and they are the only ones that will stay here and reap the benefits. You will not learn anything here. There are no true leaders to gain insightful, knowledgeable characteristics from. The commission structure is a joke. ANYWHERE else you will make more money. The truth is these handful of individuals that actually do get paid well run the entire company and will do anything to make sure you do not grow. This is not a corporate culture at all. Its more like the movie "mean girls". You will read reviews that say this place is great; these are the people that run the company that want you to think otherwise. Please do not go here. Go grow, learn, gain insight from true leaders of our society not this "company" or CEO.

There is absolutely no development here. They will throw you on the desk and expect you to make your goal without setting you up for success. I have worked at many agencies and know a lot of people in the recruitment industry. This is the #1 lowest paying recruitment agency out there. Their commission structure is bs and so are their base salaries. You will not make money here. I honestly have no idea where any of their money goes because they don't put any in their employees pockets. Management is sneaky and deceiving and consistently make promises they can't keep. They know they're running their company completely wrong and consistently do nothing about it. They let their employees suffer until they leave. GREAT employees leave this company and just let them slip away. I will never recommend anyone to work here
