Pros

Nothing good can be said.

Cons

Workers from China dominates everything even though they are wrong sometimes. No proper training. Neglect safety. Management does not know how to manage. Expect people to work with gratitude when the pay is so low. Expect people to work overtime or come back to factory from home during weekends in any situation. If you cannot come they think you are lazy. Managers did not keep promises especially on salary rise.

Pros

After a few back-stabbing experiences, you'll learn to develop a thicker skin and a sharper radar for office politics.

Cons

Despite its international presence, this is still a very tradition Chinese company in every sense of the word. Expect office politics at every level of the organization. Not a collaborative team environment - it's everyone for him/herself. Very cliquey office culture, very bureaucratic process to push forward any initiatives. There's an air of distrust amongst management and staff teams.
