      Fair Pay, good benefits good people to work with

      Cons

      Very poor management, very poor communications, work life balance not a consideration for management and even less so for HR. No development or progression. Staff seen as part of the problem when voicing issues to both management and HR. Very rarely deliver on promises. Huge attrition attributed to leavers not been "suited" to the fast paced and dynamic environment. fast paced and dynamic really means long hours for no reward for under resourced teams

      Free Coffee and nice decor.

      Cons

      Small office with cliques. No team spirit . Bad manners with each other occurs far too often. People do not treat each other with respect. Some staff have unwarranted egos and self belief. Do not listen to other opinions or new ideas.
