      Good entrance but need a connection to growth

      good entrance for new graduate student to learn about the construction. working style like Thai government agencies.

      Cons

      very low benefit. hard to take leave, no holiday break (mostly working day if you had to work at on site), very conservative company.

      The only pro was that I had a great boss

      Cons

      Lots of cons. They didnt provide any facilities at all. NO tea,no coffee,no cups even, not even toilet paper! NOTHING except the salary we got.
