      Company is well on its way to demise

      Company historically paid well and had generous PTO

      Cons

      This Company is on its 4th CEO in 5 years. Current CEO is T Kelly not R Sharpe. Sales continue to decline. New products are few and far between.. Most of the good employees have resigned or are in the process of looking for new employment. People in key executive positions are effectively playing whack a mole as fires flare up because all they can do is react to problems and are not able to plan and execute on anything in the day to day chaos. I fear time is running out for this company and I feel bad for the good people who are still there fighting the battle.

      Good pay, nice people, decent location.

      Cons

      New management is clueless layed off all senior scientist and kept the rookies--good luck with that!

      In its last death twitches

      Best people I've ever worked with, bar none!

      Cons

      Asians have been slowly killing this company for the past 6 years. This "technology" company recently let go 12 out of 40 R&D employees while corporate, who has 62 employees, let 1 go. New management doesn't know what they are doing.
