Pros

Loved the people who worked there and the long-term relationships with clients.

Cons

When the company went up for sale and eventually was sold to Reveal, the management had to focus on numbers and metrics; the culture changed drastically. Now that they are part of Reveal, it is likely it is back to where it should be.
