Be careful - Use and throw culture

Pros

Steady paycheck and basic benefits were provided on time. It was a learning experience, just not the kind I was expecting. Exposure to certain tools/technologies. (Because Management doesn't have a clue how it works ;) )

Cons

Onboarding felt rushed and disorganized, only to be followed by sudden downsizing. Poor leadership transparency Short-sighted management decisions Lack of strategic workforce planning—hiring without a clear long-term need led to unnecessary layoffs.

I cannot think of a major con Things change quickly, which is great. So when something is a con - it does not stay that way.
