Pros

The one and only thing positive in the company is having colleagues who’re became a family but this is also changing as people are either getting Fired for no valid reason or they are resigning due to the management.

Cons

It took me sometime to think either to post or not as it’s better to keep quite when there’s nothing positive to say, however as the management is pushing the employees to be silent, forcing them to write good reviews , faking accounts to write positive reviews and cover the truth that was published to avoid questions from the investors, I’ve decided to speak the truth. They are trying very hard to find out who wrote the truth which of course will lead to firing them if they got to know and when they couldn’t they had a meeting to tell people come talk to us if you need but it’s part of the trick. Do you see it ? The punishment role they are playing ! Let people live in fear of being fired! Everything started going wrong when money started to come in and after hiring a double standard CFO who have the exact same mentality they do and gets involved in everything and every departments (HR, Marketing, Design, Recruitment- Firing/hiring , Engineering…etc) . Military, worthless, looking down on people, calling them idiots and everything bad you can imagine and that’s still not even 1% of what’s happening inside the company ! FYI, some people started going to therapy because of working at Invygo ! The stress they make you live in is a full time job that you need to worry about 24/hrs , it turn to be your whole life as you’ll not be able to have personal life no matter how much you tried. And yes forget even to mention that the CEO don’t even believe in “Mental Health” to start with. When your First employee and the person you just hired 2,3 months ago both resigned and you don’t care for both , there’s an issue. Loyalty and hard work means absolutely nothing to them regardless of what they might say to you. They would even make employees work extra hours “without payment and by force and no one would be able to say no due to living in the fear of getting fired since it’s done randomly and almost on a monthly basis” because as they mentioned “they have money and they can hire again”. The issue I would say is the mentality of the CEO, CFO and few directors is Being Money oriented which is extremely wrong , it might give you numbers now to show the investors but you’ll lose your company’s name and integrity which I know it means something to you however the rest is just a side damage to achieve greatness for you. What is a bit funny to me is that they know the problems and they don’t want to fix it as the ultimate goal is numbers and money Only. They don’t even have an exit interview as they know already the reason people are leaving and they don’t care so why bother and talk about it and kill the mood ? Last thing I would say from a Human being to another as I give zero care about your title (CEO, CFO, Few directors): It’s Not Ok to shout on people. It’s Not Ok to curse people. It’s Not Ok to call people stupid, dumb.. etc. It’s Not Ok to be personal and treat people differently based on who you like more. It’s Not Ok to scream using the F word in a work place having no consideration for others or respect for the ladies around . It’t Not Ok to tell someone “you’re weird and not normal” because you see them smiling and being happy. You Can Not tell people I paid X amount in the new office so you better be in there . You Can Not tell people I want you to come to the office to interact with the team and give them warning for talking to each other , smiling , chatting or laughing. In conclusion by talking to 100% of the employees in the office I would like to tell you what you already know but chose to ignore , and since numbers are the motive, 90% of your employees are not happy and will be leaving very soon. 10% is your happy employees ( Including you as the CEO & CFO) which is for the people (Directors) who’s ruining the whole company experience and making this The Most Toxic Environment Anyone Would Ever See .

Pros

At invygo, I've encountered exceptional individuals whom I consider among the finest colleagues I've worked with. However, it's disheartening to witness how the toxic culture, absence of strategic direction, and verbal mistreatment of employees have significantly diminished their true potential and transformed them into mere shadows of their former selves since their initial joining.

Cons

The founders of the company devote excessive time to reading inspirational posts on LinkedIn, naively believing that a one-size-fits-all approach will seamlessly apply to their business. The CEO's behavior includes frequent outbursts and yelling at employees in the office, setting a distressing atmosphere where fear prevails. The management team lacks the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively operate the business, as evidenced by the arbitrary creation of targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Superficial gestures such as Monday night dinners are used as a misguided attempt to retain employees while serving as an excuse to perpetuate mistreatment. Senior management insists that everyone must be present in the office four days a week, yet they themselves fail to show up three days a week, displaying a clear double standard. Employees, customers, and investors are belittled and referred to as "idiots." I personally overheard the CEO remark in the office, "Investors are stupid. We simply present things in a positive light, and they blindly provide us with funding."

Pros

Initially, one of the positive aspects of the company was having friendly and sharp colleagues. However, this is no longer considered positive due to the high turnover rate.

Cons

The company has a strict, militaristic atmosphere with a management style that is purely command and control. Socializing with friends and laughing is discouraged, and employees are expected to enter and leave the office at specific times. The company does not have a work-from-home policy. The company's business ethics are highly controversial. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of respect toward customers and business partners, as they are often called "idiots". There are substantial concerns about the behavior of owners and senior leaders toward employees. There have been instances where derogatory remarks have been made about the intelligence of the employees, to say the bare minimum. Additionally, some leads display rude behavior without any pushback. Yelling and scolding occur daily. There is perceived favoritism towards those who get along with the CEO. Despite stating a desire to avoid internal politics, benefits are tied to personal relationships among the owners. I have witnessed employees breaking down in tears and experiencing burnout multiple times. It seems impossible to feel happy in this environment. The atmosphere in the office feels akin to that of a funeral.
