Pros
The projects, the mission, the clients are all really exciting and no two days are the same. I work with really smart, motivated people across the globe at the cutting edge of tech and I'm always learning. Remote working allows me to be highly productive and still have better work-life balance.
Cons
It's fast paced so you need to be flexible and willing to roll up your sleeves. Working across timezones means you need to be really good at managing your time.
