Company is trying but top leaders are running a circus with no direction. All worry about another layoff and constantly told there is no money to spend. Employees leave and are not replaced due to money restraints. Not sure if the company will survive.

High stress company. No room to move forward, regardless of what they tell you. No structure. Lack of visibility into the company and decisions that will affect you. In all honesty, I loved working for this company when I first started there. But as time went on, they completely lost who they are. I have never had to work so hard to be respected or to be treated like an adult. The hoops I had to jump through and the toxic management I endured while I was there completely out shadows everything else.
