If you ever were approached by these guys, especially SCRD (santa clara), just run. Micro managing you to death and than some. Very imcompetent (suppose to be ex-Cisco, by who knows?) management.

Cons

ODMs are not experts at certain area, if one wants to learn something that's pioneer in the industry. Not gonna achieve that in here.
