Pros

Steady hours. Easy to just leave work at work and not bring it home with you.

Cons

It is a toxic work environment. There is no one direct person to address complaints to. There is no order of operations so the CEO micromanages everything. Working a trade show over a weekend is not paid. Only 1 week (5 days) of vacation amd they can't be taken all at once.
