Product development was understaffed. Especially in quality assurance. Project planning was confusing and lacked details. Upper management has constantly shifted priorities, Felt like they were trying to run product development the same as manufacturing.

You work under people who haven’t ran the machine you ran. Miguel is the second reason. Hany is the third reason. They implement rules that makes your work 3x harder than it should be. People who been worker there longer is only getting a a dollar more than workers who been here for almost a year. People are expected to do more than their title such as, setting up, processing, and taking in and out the mold. when they introduce you , they’ll say “Quality over quantity”. Once you start working they want number no quality.
