Pros
Small company, really takes care of its employees. Monday through Friday 6am start leave at 230. Very friendly schedule. Weekends always off unless overtime which is never mandatory.
Cons
Management is not on my site so communication can be difficult since it is all done through email. Very rare you'll need their assistance however.

Pros
Great place to work. Small company so you get to experience different aspects of the business. You learn a lot about logistics and have a close relationship with the clients of the account you are working on. Good and fun colleagues.
Cons
Need better benefits and better 401K matching. High workload, often requires staying up at work late. Small company makes it harder to growth so there is not a lot of career advancement
