      Interstate Equities Corporation is an amazing company they provide excellent leadership, support, and excellent training. I was so impressed by the teamwork and wonderful staff. This makes IEC a wonderful company!

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance with top-notch training benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. As a Leasing Consultant in my Daly City office, I feel Kelly our president treats you like a person, not just an employee. He allows me to reflect and collaborate in the weekly meeting. In turn, he gives me more motivational advise on how to grow my property. Lastly, I feel like these acts of encouragement will help me strengthen my skill set and make me a better employee.
