Worst Place to work For! One sided relieving conditions in appointment letters, even-though its mentioned that a confirmed employee can leave after paying 3 months salary, he is forcefully hold back. very catchy relieving clause in appointment letter. HR is department is totally inefficient & puppet in the hands of management. Salary revision cycle is from Jan to Dec and given in June of next year - pathetic way of operating. Organization is unprofessional and denies full and final settlement of employees who has resigned and wish to leave earlier than 3 months notice & denies to issue relieving letter.

Lowest Salaries offered to Design Engineers. Salary hikes are not based on talent or knowledge evaluation, its done by face value. Everyone is forced for Extra working even if the client is not asking for it. High level of employee attrition rates, resulting tremendous workload on everyone. Within 3 to 4 months after joining I realized that I made a wrong decision. Relieving clauses in appointment letter are very unilateral and force every employee to stay for 3 months. I doubt if HR department is at all Existing in this organization. There are no employee friendly initiatives. Such was the pathetic working condition that 8 members from as Design team resigned at same time last year. Food Served during Night shift is Stale & unhygienic.
