      Pros

      None, this company is led by a CEO that is not in anyway a decent human being. They also are scattered on their product lines and cannot meet a deadline for product release.

      Cons

      Everything, the benefits are not in anyway industry standard. They do not understand how to sell into other then the OEM market place. There is a real level of management favoritism, they will state you are family but the actions tell the real truth.

      Pros

      Casual Dress attire, long term job security if you can stomach the corporate culture of over working and under appreciating employees.

      Cons

      CEO attempts to fill multiple rolls in company while over committing on a regular basis. I was given multiple assurances in my offer that adequate training would be provided which proved to be utterly false. Company requires management and RMA staff to be dishonest on regular basis with customers. Company also advertises product security, specially with relations to switches used in banking sectors. My experience at Interface Masters proved this to also be a complete fallacy as products/software are easily vulnerable to breach.

      Pros

      Can't think of any. Perhaps, being allowed to work from home.

      Cons

      Too many to list all of them. Basically, support staff does absolutely nothing to help out sales. If anything, she will fight tooth and nail to pass off any responsibility. And if she is asked to do something that falls under her responsibility, she will complain to no end. CEO is not looking for competent people, only people that will agree with him.
