I wish I could find something positive to say about the company.
Cons
Your work does not get appreciated by upper management, in fact they are very condescending. Terrible experience, I would never recommend this employer to my worst enemy. If an employee asks a question they turn the question back to the employee and makes the employee feel retarded.

Please note that this is a former employee. We have many employees who have been with us for many years. They have grown with us and adapted to change.
I was able to change my job responsibilities and move to a different department with a quick conversation, management saw potential and respected my desire for a new role. Pizza Friday's were great, the office manager was always so kind and caring.
Cons
I understand that the economy got terrible, but that doesn't mean you let your employees go 3 years without any sort of monetary compensation/raise. Very unorganized and a lot of miscommunication.
Terrible benefits, poor development practices and leadership, no growth and low salaries, they will fire you on the spot without any packages if you expose their bad practices. Be very careful.
