      Pros

      Most of the people are great to work with. Starting salary is decent. Work life balance is okay

      Cons

      - Salary increase is low (1% annually) - Doesn't feel stable because of a highly competitive market - Engineering leadership doesn't really feel like they care about the growth of the team. They also think too highly of AI - Product is quite slow - Laid off a bunch of people - I feel like there was some bias in hiring

      Pros

      Culture is very friendly and suportive. Some really great AI productivity tools in place for Sales / CS. Pros of start up culture but more defined processes.

      Too much noise and duplication of effort (million slack channels, uneccessary mail spam)

Well regarded by clients and analysts. - High-performance culture with clear expectations and support. - Transparent, approachable leadership that values results and people equally. - Great colleagues who are smart, collaborative and genuinely care about client outcomes.

      Cons

      - Being a scale-up, resources are sometimes stretched and you need to be proactive in creating solutions. - Global alignment across time zones can be challenging.
