      Good for someone who is ready to learn new things at the cost of work life balance.

      Pros

      You will get knowledge of SAP on a dynamic front because maximum functional consultants are freshers. If you are in a technical position you will learn a lot .

      Cons

      The only con here is the management team . The company is very less employee friendly. They ask you to sign a bond of 2.5 years with a whooping 3 lakh of compensation which is very high. All the decisions are taken just keeping in mind the company's profit. Salary hoarding also takes place .I would recommend find yourself a company which doesn't impose such a bond over you. Excluding this con it's an amazing place to learn and expand your knowledge horizons.

      Genuinely good for people who want to learn.

      Cons

      The management only cares about filling their own pockets. The employee working hard to get their small share has to deal with a lot of hard work. I appreciate every employee at intellect but the management is just greedy. They impose bond on the employees so they wouldn't run away as soon as they feel confident. That's quite a scam, as that seems the only strategy they have to build a company, otherwise this company isn't at all employee friendly or even concerned about the people who work for them. There are many seniors involved in creating rumors about people and I hope God blesses them and shows them their piece of karma!
