      * Competitive salary * Remote friendly * Great people to work with

      Benefits package is severely lacking. 401k match is very stingy, no paid parental leave (standard in tech industry these days is ~20 weeks for both parents), health insurance (esp with family/dependents) is very expensive, not enough paid time off.
