-worst management I have seen in my career -management team lacks leadership skills, unable to handle conflict, and inability to manage client expectations -long hours and excessively high workload -high turnover , leading to lack of training for new employees and high expectations -management does not care about their team and shows it through poor leadership, constant criticism behind closed doors, lack of appreciation, bullying, consistently lying to employees and causing low morale -HR refuses to take the numerous complaints seriously and intervene in a toxic work environment

Upper management frequently fails to lead effectively—instead of supporting their teams, they allow them to struggle and deflect blame onto junior staff, even when the root cause is clearly a lack of direction and leadership. Job roles and expectations are constantly changing without thoughtful planning or communication, which leads to confusion across cross-functional teams. This instability not only damages internal morale but also erodes trust and effectiveness in client relationships. Sustainable growth and collaboration are nearly impossible in a structure where leadership avoids accountability and processes shift without a strategy.
